Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible, items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.
To initiate a return, please contact us at globomart11@gmail.comwith your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with return instructions within 1–2 business days.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5 business days. Please allow an additional 3–5 business days for the amount to appear on your bank or card statement.
Return Shipping
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or defective. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we are not responsible for lost return packages.
Exchanges
If you received a damaged, defective, or wrong item, we will send a replacement at no extra cost. Please contact us at globomart11@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the issue.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
Opened personal care or hygiene products
Perishable goods
Custom or personalized items
Final sale / clearance items
Digital products or downloadable items
Late or Missing Refunds
