• Items can be returned within 30 days of delivery
• Items must be unused and in original packaging

Exchanges

• We offer free exchanges within 30 days of delivery
• Wrong size or color? Email us and we'll sort it out quickly

Refunds

• Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days
• Refund goes back to your original payment method

Non-Returnable Items

• Disposable products (shoe covers etc.)
• Items marked Final Sale
• Used or damaged items
